SHIPPING & RETURNS
Canadian Made Boutique offers delivery worldwide. All prices are posed in Canadian currency.
Standard Shipping: May take between 2 to 7 days business days within Canada. Duties and taxes may be applicable and are not the responsibility of Canadian Made Boutique.
Express Shipping: Make take between 2 to 4 business days for shipping in Canada. Fees are applicable and are the customers responsibility.
Priority Shipping: Next business day for shipping in Canada. Delivery standards are for item sent between most major urban centres and depend on the origin and destination. Some exceptions apply and are the customers responsibility.
International Shipping: Delivery speed and fees vary and are the customers responsibility.
Please note that there may be some additional delay for orders that are custom built, have engraving, or the size of order. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for items to be shipped. Special order requests may take longer to process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Canadian Made Boutique will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all regular priced items purchased online, if returned in sell able condition within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Some exclusion may apply.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund, repair or exchange.
Return and exchanges can be process by mail or by Delivery or Freight Company and costs attached will be the responsibility of the customer. Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or resized cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Unidentified returns may be return to the sender. If the items are damaged in transit to Canadian Made Boutique due to insufficient packaging, these items may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Before sending the returned items, the customer must contact Canadian Made Boutique prior by phone, email, or text, to notify of why the item is being returned in the mail. All items returned must include your Canadian Made Boutique web order packing slip and copy of the bill of sale.
Refunds will only be issued to the same tender used for the original purchase. eCommerce return will be process online and refunds will be returned to you the same way your original transaction was completed by you, once the bank/pay pal processes the return. You will be receiving an email confirming the return.
